- High Availability/Disaster Recovery - dp Systems plans and executes solutions to provide maximum uptime and business continuity for clients. Implemented disaster recovery strategy for Estes Express Lines following Tropical Storm Gaston.
- Image Capture/Management - Creative, user-friendly Remote LTL Capture product allows for easy scanning and transmission of data from remote locations.
- Printing Solutions - Extensive knowledge of IBM Laser Printers. Worked with IBM Laser Printing to develop its first Forms Design product called PMP-GEN. Created solutions utilizing Advanced Function Printing for IBM’s AS/400 and hired by IBM to teach AS/400 printing classes. Retained in 1995 by Estes Express Lines to design their Statement Billing using IBM Imaging Systems.
